Rebecca Tos – Managing Director, Merkle ANZ
Rebecca is an executive with over 20 years’ experience in leadership, marketing, media and digital. Commercially focussed, she has built a reputation of high performance in leadership roles – charged with building businesses, brand marketing and business strategy. She is a media commentator and positive agitator on topics surrounding women, inclusion, fertility and parents returning to work following parental leave, supported by her active work in the community.

 

 

Richard Keep – Senior Manager, Ernst & Young
Richard is a chartered accountant with 10 years’ experience in Assurance across Australia and the USA. He currently works as a Senior Manager at EY. Richard’s experience spans the real estate, hospitality, engineering, construction and sporting sectors and he has worked with ASX200 and private organisations. In addition to engagement execution, Richard has also been involved in a number of special projects, demonstrating initiative as well as innovative and proactive approaches.

 


Katrina Groshinski – Competition and Regulatory Parter, Minter Ellison
Katrina is a competition and regulatory lawyer for clients based in Australia and overseas. She has extensive experience working with clients on complex merger clearances, ACCC investigations and authorisations. Katrina specialises in heavily regulated industries and infrastructure.

 

 

Dr Melanie Keep – Senior Lecturer in Cyberpsychology and eHealth, University of Sydney
Dr Melanie Keep researches eHealth and the use of technology to improve healthcare. Underpinning Melanie’s research is a motivation to facilitate access to health and enhance the training of future health professionals using technology. In particular, she is interested in examining the role of communication between patients and health practitioners for better outcomes and how this changes in the eHealth context.

 

 

Gabbi Armstrong – Co-founder, Pink Elephants Support Network
Using her own lived experience of both recurrent miscarriage and infertility, Gabbi co-founded the Pink Elephants Support Network along with Executive Director, Sam Payne. Gabbi passionately believes that all couples should receive validation, empathy and valuable connections when experiencing the heartbreak of miscarriage and associated infertility.
